Due to extensive experience gained over many years of service delivery to the sector, we are aware that schools and academies require a Human Resource Service that offers flexibility in response to the varying levels of demand for human resource support across the academic year and from one year to the next.
We therefore offer a flexible service delivery and cost structure model which recognises differing customer needs; this flexible service includes a responsive ‘Core HR Advisory Service’ which can be purchased for the full academic year, as well as a ‘HR Advisory Enhanced Service’, which offers on-site support and can be purchased as a bundle of days or on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
